Greg has over 30 years of industry experience, much of which has been in leadership roles within the manufacturing sector in Minnesota, including metal fabrication and machine contract manufacturing companies.

He has a proven ability to drive profitable business growth and transform how companies operate using technology, continuous improvement programs, as well as customer-centric sales and marketing strategies, and long-term strategic planning.

Greg graduated from South Central College, Mankato with a degree in Sales and Marketing. He considers himself a life-long learner and recently completed an Accounting and Finance course from Harvard Business School online.

He is passionate about volunteer work in the community working with numerous local organizations: Mankato Area United Way Board (Board Chair – 1 year), Minnesota State University, Mankato, College of Science, Engineering and Technology Advisory Board, South Central College Foundation Board, Regional Center for Entrepreneurial Facilitation Board, and the Mankato Area Council on Quality Board of Directors.

Outside of work, Greg is an avid golfer and plays in the summer months as much as he can. He enjoys spending time with family (including eight grandkids) and traveling with his wife. He also enjoys writing and has written fictional short stories.
