LASER CUTTING
Jones Metal utilizes fiber laser cutting technology to cost-effectively and accurately cut your sheet metal components. This flexible technology allows for dynamic nesting to maximize the utilization of raw materials while providing accurate components. With our Trumpf and Mitsubishi lasers at 6K and 10K watt cutting power, we provide sheet metal and plate laser cutting services to meet your manufacturing specifications. Our laser technology cuts a variety of materials including mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, and brass.

Jones Metal provides press brake and roll forming services for a range of industries from power generation, military, construction equipment, commercial and industrial equipment, to automation equipment. The CNCs on our press brakes and rollers ensure repeatable projects for our clients.

Our team can help design and fabricate high quality custom components to meet your specific requirements and tolerances for a variety of materials, such as mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper and galvanized steel.
We employ Wila Trumpf style tooling and American style tooling and all machines are networked to ensure redundancy, efficiency and repeatability. Our press brake forming machines are capable of producing precision bent parts from various metal materials, ranging in size up to 80″ X 160″, creating a wide variety of angles, including hemming.

ROLL FORMING MACHINES
Jones Metal uses the Roundo Pass and Americor roll forming machines that use four roll forms to virtually eliminate flat spots from sheet metal. With our two roll forming systems, we provide roll forming services to meet your manufacturing specifications for a variety of materials, such as aluminum, carbon steel, stainless steel and galvanized steel.
