MANKATO, Minn. – Jones Metal, Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Tyson Twait as President/Integrator. Twait joins the leadership team at the company’s Mankato-based metal fabrication facility and will work alongside Visionary/CEO Sarah Richards to drive continual growth and operational excellence.

An Iowa native and graduate of Gustavus Adolphus College and Minnesota State University, Mankato, Twait brings more than 20 years of executive leadership experience in manufacturing, consumer products, and agriculture-related industries, with a proven record of driving growth, operational excellence, and organizational transformation.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Twait has a passion for mentoring emerging leaders and giving back to the community. He has taught business courses at the collegiate level and remains actively involved in charitable organizations including the Greater Mankato United Way. He and his family make their home in St. Peter.
